3.The main structure is:

1).With the national standard rolling bearings 1, 2, 3, 5, 6, 7, N, U and other eight categories and their diameter series, variants, finished products and their parts shape and size tolerances, shape and position accuracy, rotation accuracy and other quality consistent with the national standard bearings; therefore, high-temperature rolling bearings in accordance with the national standard classification and size specifications code 00000, such as 61816;

2).Low speed <100 revolution/min: There are two kinds of full rollers without cage, namely, T00000 and T00000B without ball-loading notch, the rollers are full of raceways, bearing 1.4 times, and can not add lubricants because of small friction and wear.

3).High school speed > 100 R / min: TS00000 with cage.

4).Lubrication: Grade S adds 300 C S high temperature grease with code Y, and Grade X adds 400 C X high temperature grease with code Z to reduce friction. In addition to installing double-sided (code - 2Z) dustproof cover, Grade C and Grade B adds high temperature lubricant by users themselves.

5).Class 5.6 variants: Class S single-sided (code-Z) or double-sided (code-2Z) 300 6550 (rubber cover) can prevent high temperature grease from overflowing.

6).Interlaced type, that is, by different temperature levels of parts, grease and other matching, to achieve a specific performance. The high temperature grade code is based on the high temperature rating of the ring.
